The Ontario Veterinary College’s Pride Veterinary Medical Community (VMC) Club invites you to march with us on June 23rd, 2019 at the Toronto Pride Parade! EVERYONE is welcomed to this event, as we will be representing OVC and the veterinary profession. This is a really fun day and a tremendous way of promoting diversity and inclusion within the veterinary community. The event is not only open to veterinary professionals, but to UoGuelph students, friends, family, and allies. We have a limit of 100 participants for this event so make sure to sign up ASAP to reserve a spot!

We are selling black tank tops for $10 each, as a fundraiser for the club. The tanks will have the Pride VMC logo, as well as “Ontario Veterinary College” on them. Please let us know by May 23 if you would like one.

OVC Pride VMC will NOT be responsible for transportation to and from the event, or any lodging if you decide to stay in Toronto. Please be mindful of the weather on the day of the parade, dress appropriately. Bring lots of water to stay hydrated, and don’t forget sunscreen! NO animals allowed ☹
