In late October Zoetis hosted their 5th annual Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Summit. For the first time, the entire month was celebrated as Zoetis Inclusion Month, with the theme Thriving Together.

The Summit was a culmination of a month dedicated to learning, growing, and connecting with leaders and colleagues across the globe through Colleague Resource Group (CRG) events, weekly communications, DEI on-demand learnings, and in-person celebrations at multiple sites. This included CRG booths, where colleagues could learn more about the groups open to all colleagues, regardless of how they identify. CRGs at Zoetis champion diversity, equity & inclusion, drive collaboration and innovation, and ensure each colleague feels seen and valued.

PAW (Proud And Welcome), Zoetis’ LGBTQ+ CRG, had colleagues represent across the globe in Parsippany, NJ, Malvern, PA, Kalamazoo, MI, and Dublin, Ireland.
Each CRG was spotlighted throughout Zoetis Global Inclusion Month, and several CRGs worked collaboratively to offer intersectionality events that were open to all colleagues. These events were well-attended and celebrated as a meaningful way to connect with others across the organization. Being able to show up authentically in our many dimensions benefits our personal relationships, the organization, our customers, and beyond.

Zoetis continues to maintain a strong commitment to their Diversity, Equity & Inclusion priorities. This was reinforced by the guest speakers at the DEI Summit, which included Zoetis Executive Team (ZET) leaders, and several members of Zoetis’ diverse Board of Directors. They continue to be committed to fostering a culture of belonging and keeping DEI as a business imperative.
